Biography
Yu Jiang is an accomplished and dedicated piano teacher with over 10 years of experience in nurturing the musical talents of students of all ages and levels. She is professionally trained since 6 years old and holding a Bachelor’s degree from Central Conservatory of Music (China) and Master's degree from University of Missouri - Kansas City (US). With a passion for fostering creativity and expression through music, she has honed a teaching philosophy that prioritizes personalized instruction tailored to each student's unique learning style and goals. Her approach to teach is holistic, focusing on not only technical proficiency but also a deep understanding of music theory, sight-reading, and ear training.

Yu has also worked as production roles at many professional orchestras, including Kansas City Symphony, and American Composers Orchestra. She currently works at WQXR, the only classical music radio station in New York City.
